Don't let a hectic schedule hold you back from getting in a good fitness routine. We have the right solution for our busy Yuma friends. Body Burn is a 30 minute bodyweight and dumbbell class that is perfect for those who want to get in, get it done, and get out in just 30 minutes.
Body Burn is modeled after a more traditional format of cardio and light weights, making it a unique experience outside of CrossFit. It is open to all current members and we also offer a separate membership for those who wish to attend Body Burn classes only.

What to expect? A fast paced, short interval workout that will kick your butt.
When? Every morning Monday-Friday at 6:00am.
Who is it for? This class format is for everyone, beginner or advanced!
Cost? Get a 12 class pass you can use at your leisure for $60.
Not a Crossfitter? Not a problem! This is not a CrossFit class.
