Our CrossFit Group Classes are the most popular program that we offer, definitely a member favorite! Classes are typically 60 minutes in duration and focus on functional movement and strength training within a small group setting. We make sure every individual receives the attention they need and deserve.
CrossFit combines your fundamental bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, bodyweight squats, and burpees with strength training by utilizing barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. Classes also incorporate traditional conditioning movements such as running, rowing and jump roping. All classes are all coach-led, meaning that you are never exercising on your own. You are always under the guidance of one of our professional and qualified coaches, teaching and instructing you the whole time.
Our workouts are designed with the things you do in the real world in mind. Think about it, we bend down and pick things up, we put things over our heads, squat down, stand up, and run after the bus or chase our kids. Your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster, better conditioned over a period of months and years in our facility to help you feel better in your everyday life for the long haul.
